I have yet to find the balance between work and life and the more I try to be a good teacher, the more the two become indistinguishable.
I am grading three projects now, and if I graded non-stop all day, it would probably take me three full days to finish. I wish I could be one of those teachers that could fit all there is to do within the hours of 7-4, but I just don't see that as an option. I have come to the conclusion that in order to be the best teacher you can, you cannot have kids or a clean house. Maybe a pet, but that's pushing it.
