For some reason, one day, I peeled the label off an apple and stuck it to my cheap table and chair set from Wal-Mart. Now, I put every sticker I run across on a chair. It's silly, I know, but it adds some color and life to a pretty sad looking table and chairs.
And the best part about a project like this is that the results build over time, it has virtually no time commitment, and it's free. C'mon, find a little place for color in your living space. As IKEA says, "Home is the most important place in the world."
