Kendra and I oriented the freshmen to our school today and we had a pretty fun time. They are so silly!
At one point, the students were writing their word lists and I hear a shriek come from one of the tables. I said with a smile, "Who is the student that shrieks like a 5th grader?" The other students laugh and I hear one say, "That's his shriek. He always does that, especially when he finds an error in a scientific word problem."
Kendra and I looked at each other and just laughed. We had a good day, but that comment definitely stood out...
